Writing to Pure support is the first step every banned user tries. But in our experience, only a fraction of emails get any response and even fewer lead to an actual unban. Here is a template that maximizes your chances — along with realistic expectations.
Email Template for Pure Support

Subject: Account Review Request — [your Pure email]
Hello Pure Team,
I am writing regarding my account [email]. My account has been suspended, and I believe this may have been done in error. I have always respected community guidelines and other users. I would appreciate a manual review of my account. Thank you for your time.
Important Email Rules
- write in English — Pure support responds faster to English emails
- keep it short — 3–5 sentences maximum; long emails do not get read
- do not threaten or use emotional language — that guarantees a template rejection
- do not lie — if there was a violation, acknowledge it briefly and commit to improvement
The template response from Pure support comes regardless of how well-written your appeal is. The value of sending the email is documentation, not resolution.
What to Do If Support Does Not Respond?
Wait 5–7 days. If there is no response, support likely ignored your request — this is normal for Pure. Learn more in the PureHelper article about all Pure support contacts. Also read why Pure never explains ban reasons.
If support is silent — contact us, we have other recovery methods that work at the device fingerprint level.
